Portrait of Jen Hill

Jen Hill
Project Manager

Jennifer Hill manages operations for CAFE-MS, a landmark decentralized clinical trial seeking FDA approval of a digital therapeutic for MS fatigue. Funded by a $4.5 million Department of Defense grant and projected to enroll 2,000 participants, it is the largest trial of its kind — and Jennifer keeps it moving, coordinating across VA medical centers, clinical teams, and technology partners to ensure the trial runs smoothly and reaches the communities it was designed to serve.

Her work spans trial operations, regulatory compliance, participant enrollment, and vendor management. She also co-leads an internal communications initiative aimed at strengthening organizational collaboration, and contributed to a published scoping review on the effects of menopause on MS disease course and lived experience.

Jennifer’s path to MS research is shaped by personal experience. Having supported a loved one through a progressive neurological disease diagnosis, she brings a deep understanding of what that journey means—not just for the person living with it, but for everyone around them—to every aspect of her work.

Before joining ACP, Jennifer served as a Program Manager at the International Mountain Biking Association and as a Program Coordinator at SACNAS, supporting the advancement of Hispanic and Native American scientists from college through career. Her career has been defined by a consistent commitment to making sure more people have a seat at the table.

Jennifer holds a BS in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She lives in Bellingham, Washington with her partner and their dog.
